Bond Program

Income too high for the other program? Its okay! We have a program for you. The Bond program is designed to help working families obtain a reasonable, below market rate. The interest varies, but is usually a point below industry standard. How do you qualify for this program?

  1. Must have a minimum 720 credit score
  2. Must have stable income, verification of two year history
  3. Must have checking/savings account with seasoned funds; and
  4. Meet the House price limits and be under income guidelines
