Housing Choice Voucher Program
The Housing Choice Voucher program is designed to allow families to receive rental assistance from participating landlords. The Housing Authority covers Mingo, Logan, Wayne, McDowell, and Wyoming Counties.
Assistance payments are based on 30% of a families monthly adjusted income and varies depending on family size and unit size.
