Still over income guidelines? We have one more program. Our Secondary Market Program helps families regardless of income. We have loan products ranging from 15-30 years and 97-100% loan-to-value. Rates vary and are based on credit and loan-to-value.
Under this program, families may apply for cash out refinance. Approval and amount available depends on income and debt ratios.
